Terms of Service — Roamaly

These terms govern your use of the Roamaly website (roamaly.com) and eSIM services. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Roamaly provides prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as a reseller of data services provided by our network partners. Plans are delivered digitally via QR code to your email address.

2. Account registration

You must create an account to purchase an eSIM. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. eSIM purchase and delivery

All prices are displayed in USD (or your selected display currency) and charged in USD.
Your eSIM QR code and activation details are sent to the email address associated with your order immediately after payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM before purchasing. You can check compatibility on our compatible devices page.

4. eSIM usage rules

One device only: An eSIM can only be installed on one device. Once installed, it cannot be transferred to another device.
Data limits: Plans include a fixed amount of data. Once exhausted, data service stops until you purchase a top-up (if available) or a new plan.
Validity period: Plans expire after their stated validity period, regardless of data remaining.
Top-ups: Top-ups are only available for active, non-expired eSIMs. Expired eSIMs cannot be topped up — you must purchase a new plan.
Coverage: Data coverage depends on our network partners' agreements in each country. We do not guarantee coverage in all areas.

5. Pricing and payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are inclusive of all applicable fees — there are no hidden charges. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing orders.

6. Promo codes and loyalty points

Promo codes are subject to their individual terms (expiry date, usage limits).
Loyalty points are earned on purchases and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme with reasonable notice.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose, to resell data plans without authorisation, or to abuse our systems (including automated bulk purchasing, fraud, or circumventing security measures).

Restricted territories / export compliance: Our service is not available in, and may not be purchased for use in, any country or territory subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or trade embargoes (including under United Nations, United Kingdom, European Union, or United States law). By purchasing a plan you warrant that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acquiring the eSIM for use in such an embargoed or sanctioned territory, that you are not a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions, and that your purchase and use will not violate any applicable sanctions or export-control laws. We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order, and deactivate any destination, to comply with these laws.

9. Limitation of liability

Roamaly provides eSIM data plans on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for losses arising from network outages, coverage gaps, device incompatibility, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual property

All content on roamaly.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Roamaly or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

11. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Active eSIMs will continue to function until their expiry date.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
